"The Month Before Prom"

The month before prom was very stressful
With everything to do it was eventful
Gold award ceremony and things to buy
It was getting annoying like a fly

We had to have our money in for the prom house
I just wanted to crawl in a hole like a mouse
After I got paid I was very happy
I had enough money and didn't have to worry

Next was preparing my friend's birthday
We wanted to surprise her and we figured a way!
We are going to surprise her with a concert
And well surprise her with her favorite dessert

Prom weekend will come soon and I cannot wait
Have fun with all of my friends and my date
Hopefully we'll make memories we won't forget
And everything will go smoothly and no one will fret!
